MEET TRACY QUINN
Experience means nothing if you don’t have a heart for the community—and Tracy Quinn brings both to the race for Steuben County Prosecutor.
MEET TRACY QUINN
Born and raised in Steuben County, Tracy is proud to call this region home. This community shaped who she is and gave her everything she holds dear, especially her family. Today, she serves as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Steuben County, working closely with law enforcement prosecuting dozens of cases each week. She prosecutes cases not just to hold criminals accountable, but to stand up for victims and keep families safe.
“Our community deserves a prosecutor with character and integrity. My own children and grandchildren live here, and I want families like my own to feel safe and protected.”

With more than 25 years of diverse legal experience, Tracy has served at every level of the justice system. At the Indiana Supreme Court, she worked as the Director of Trial Court Management, gaining valuable insight into Indiana's judicial system. She later served as an administrative law judge for the State of Indiana, where she helped reduce the backlog of cases created during the pandemic. Earlier in her career, Tracy spent more than a decade with Indiana Legal Services, where she both managed the Fort Wayne office and personally represented vulnerable Indiana residents, including victims of domestic violence.
My record of public service is an open book. I will bring an unwavering commitment to the rule of law to this office, ensuring justice is fair and the public's trust is always honored.
